Step 1: Select Photograph

For best results select a high quality photograph that shows the detail as well as accurate hair & eye color. The photograph will also determine any need for enhancements to create the most desirable painting for you. You may email the photo to me first for discussion of the commission.


NOTE: If the photo was not taken by you please provide a "release" from the photographer to insure the photo can be used for your painting. 

Step 2: Select Size of Painting

Refer to the Rate Chart to determine the painting size. Rates may change if the background is complicated or you request additions to the painting.

Step 3: Confirm details by email

Email me so we can confirm the details of the painting prior to the final confirmation of the commission. If enhancements are needed to the photo, I will suggest them at this time. The price and time estimate of the completed painting will be confirmed at this time.

Step 4: Mail the Order form

Fill out the order form provided and mail it with your photograph and 25% deposit. The deposit confirms the commission. Payment can be made by personal check, money order or PayPal. This can be handled by email if you prefer.

Step 5: Approve the final painting

I will email you photos of the painting for your approval. Once you have approved the final painting you can pay the balance of the payment plus S&H. The painting will be then be shipped to you Priority Mail & insured.



NOTE:  I will provide you with a high quality digital copy of your painting for your personal use.
